Online purchases 

Items purchased during the 60% Storewide Sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

By completing a purchase during this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that these items cannot be returned.

Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

 

For online purchases, Online returns may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 

Return packages must be post-marked within the 14 days following delivery.  Return packages postmarked after this time frame may be subject to denial and sent back to you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and be clean of any stains, debris or smells to be eligible for a refund and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased during promotions are final sale.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Items returned after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted, and additional shipping charges are applicable to return to sender. No exceptions.
If you are traveling, please keep that in mind. We will not make exceptions for travel purposes.

In Store purchases 

(Store Credit Only)

For pieces bought in store, we offer 15 days exchange window, if you do not want to get a new item at the current time you can also get store credit to use at a later date, as long as you have proof of purchase (email or phone number in our system).

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and be clean of any stains, debris or smells, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased during promotions are final sale.

Store Credit given for regular price merchandise. We are here to help make sure you get the right product and the right size with the quality you desire and deserve.

 

 BECAUSE OUR IN STORE RETURN POLICY IS STORE CREDIT ONLY, we would like to give you a few tips to help make your shopping experience with us a positive buying commitment: 

1. Imagine your hair done, make up & accessories.

2. Think about alterations for a perfect fit & length.

3.Try on your outfit with heels, spanxs or shape-wear.

4. Proper color undergarment can make a difference.

5. Alterations help give you that tailored look just for you and can save the day and make an outfit work.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

Please keep in mind that Perfect Wear is not responsible for normal wear and tear on items. Once the tag is removed, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur to that item.
